Village Builders expands into new Kingwood neighborhood of Royal Brook

Village Builders Kingwood

Village Builders has expanded its presence in Kingwood where the Houston homebuilder is adding new luxury homes from its most popular collections in the master-planned community’s newest neighborhood, Royal Brook.

Two new model homes by Village Builders showcasing plans from its Heartland and Wentworth Collections also have opened in the new Kingwood neighborhood. Fully furnished and expertly decorated, the Heartland model is located at 5814 Splitting Willow Court.  The Wentworth model is open at 5915 Vineyard Creek Lane.  Both are open daily.

Starting in the $320s, plans in Village Builders Heartland Collection range from 2,336 – 3,252 square feet.  Plans from its Wentworth Collection, starting in the $400s, range from 2,757 – 3,979 square feet. Several move-in ready homes also are nearing completion.

Both collections offer plans with gourmet island kitchen, first-floor master suite with en suite master bathroom, spacious secondary bedrooms, relaxing covered rear patio, elegant formal dining room, second-floor game room and dedicated media room.

Village Builders The Home Within a Home® series, two homes under one roof ideal for multi-generational households, also is available in both collections.

For Kingwood residents Ben and Tiffany Major, Village Builders first new homebuyers in the new Royal Brook neighborhood, the ability to stay in the community while moving into a new luxury home was too good to pass up.

“We wanted to stay in Kingwood for the schools,” says Ben.  “The new home is outstanding.  It’s well built, energy-efficient and quiet.  Plus, the kids love the game room and helping mom cook in the kitchen.  We couldn’t be happier.”
