Five neighborhoods now selling – two coming soon

The new homes at Andalucia range in size from approximately 2,980 to 3,701 square feet and are priced from the mid $700,000s. At Whittingham, four home designs range from approximately 3,183 to 4,349 square feet with prices from the low $800,000s. Lusitano, another neighborhood in the masterplan, is nearly sold out with only one home boasting the Ryder floorplan still remaining.
Two new neighborhoods, Cavalli and Martingale, are coming soon and both have interest lists that are now forming.
