Lennar is excited to introduce two new communities coming soon to the Salt Lake City metro area. Sunset Hills will offer a collection of five single-family floorplans with no HOA in West Valley City near Bacchus and 6600 S. Additionally, two rambler floorplans are available for single-floor living with owner’s suites on the main floor. 

Sienna Hills is a brand-new community of stylish townhomes coming soon to a fantastic location in West Jordan. Buyers will be able to choose from three distinctive designs ranging from approximately 1,665 to 2,004 square feet with three to four bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms and two-bay garages.
