Sea Aire offers exclusive access to Amazon Alexa tech features
Charleston, S.C. – (April 3, 2018) – In early April, Sea Aire, Lennar’s first community to offer solar homes and Wi-Fi CERTIFIED™ smart homes in South Carolina, will open on James Island. At just 24 homes, the intimate community is located off Folly Road and in easy driving distance to both the beach and downtown. Sea Aire is designed to celebrate and make a minimal impact on its natural environment with a host of advanced technological features to change the way homeowners live.
Sea Aire’s collection of solar, Charleston Single-style homes are the newest additions to Lennar’s Everything’s Included® program, meaning sought-after extras and add-ons like stainless steel appliances, upgraded cabinetry, granite countertops, subway tile backsplash, and HardiePlank® exterior are included in price of the home,[1] which start in the $300K’s.
Sea Aire’s standout environmental features include preserved grand oak trees and native plantings among community gardens, compost bins, storm water filtration systems, and pervious grass pavers. These Lennar homes will all feature the Wi-Fi Alliance’s Wi-Fi CERTIFIED™ program,[2] designed to keep residents connected and in control with advanced automation features and Amazon Alexa voice control.
