1. Home search
Our Internet Sales Consultants (ISCs) are experts and are ready to help you start your home search. They’ll chat with you to define exactly what you’re looking for, your budget and moving timeline, then direct you to homes or communities that fit your needs.
2. Get pre-qualified
An ISC can connect you to Lennar Mortgage to get pre-qualified, where they can answer your questions on how much you can afford, and what a future monthly budget might look like.⁴
Lennar Mortgage is a full-service mortgage lender providing you with a variety of loan options, tailored specifically to your needs. While it is not a requirement for future Lennar homeowners to use Lennar Mortgage, these services are made available to all who qualify.
